Congratulations to golfer Koltin Pickell and football player Pedro Bonachea, Ellenville's Student-Athletes of the Month for September! Keep reading to see what our coaches had to say about these superstars.
"Pedro had two rushing touchdowns and one passing touchdown through the first two games. Pedro is an exceptional student-athlete. He works hard both on and off the field. He leads by example and is one of our captains. He always displays good sportsmanship, win or lose." - Coach Cavanagh
"Koltin has an average of two over par. He recently shot two under in a match, which is amazing! Koltin is always there to help the other golfers with tips and advice on ways to get better. Just an all-around positive role model." - Coach Paulsen

Kennedy created NSLW in 1962 to promote the importance of healthy school lunches in a child’s life and the impact it has inside and outside of the classroom. The celebration also gives us the opportunity to thank those who help make Ellenville's school lunch program a success.
