Let’s give a big Blue Devils shout out to our Ellenville Boys Varsity Basketball team who played their hearts out last night in the Mid-Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) Championship game against New Paltz at Dutchess Community College. Though they didn't bring home the title, our Blue Devils brought their skill, determination, sportsmanship, and spirit to the game, which they’ve displayed this entire season. We're proud of how our players represented Ellenville both on and off the court with dedication and character. Thank you to our coaches for their leadership and to our amazing fans who made the journey in person or watched online to cheer them on. Way to go, Blue Devils!

Congratulations to the 858 ECSD students who received Outstanding Attendance Awards for Quarter 2! If you are still in need of a yard stake to display your student's sign, please stop by the Elementary or Jr/Sr High School main office to pick one up.

Their commitment extends well beyond security—they're compassionate listeners, positive role models, and essential members of our school family. Thank you for keeping our students safe and making a daily difference in their lives!

This week (February 3-7) is National School Counselors Week, and we're celebrating our exceptional Ellenville Central School District counselors who provide the comprehensive support our students need to succeed. Our counselors are masters at helping students reframe challenges into opportunities. They teach that instead of "I can't," think "I'm learning and growing." Through academic guidance, emotional support, and future planning, they empower students to recognize their potential and pursue their dreams. Thank you to our dedicated counselors for being trusted mentors and champions of student success!
